So this past weekend, I got to celebrate Thanksgiving dinner with Vi's family. Even though I came an hour late due to being passed out in a food coma from my family luncheon earlier that day. However, I still managed to eat a few delicious items that were prepared by the wonderful Pham & Quang ladies. Even 3 of the family dogs came to attend! lol Also, Julie's family attended the dinner as well, and I was invited to photograph Liem & Julie's wedding on 9.10.11 @ 12 or ending at 12? something like that lol. wahoo! should be fun! Thanks for having me! here are some snapshots I took of the family.
I completed the Big Bear photo album today. Pretty proud of myself because it took up pretty much most of my saturday to put together the 39 pages, but it'll be worth it. Here's the cover, You guys will have to wait to see the rest! =)
This is a really old post but, I'm still playing catch up. So...sometime last month after working at the SAT place me n lez stopped by tuyen's charity event! I don't know a whole lot about the charity, but I'm pretty sure it was for a good cause and It's called HOPE, so you can't go wrong with that! lol anyways heres some pictures
I actually planned to go watch this event, but as the clock struck 2am I was already dozing off. Then a few moments later my friend got me to go because his cousin said there was a location in Laguna Beach where there were a lot of people star gazing. Anyways by the time we got there, there were 3 cop cars patrolling, telling people they couldn't wander off on the dirt trails, but there were just too many people and they didn't feel like chasing anybody in the dark, so they just sat in their cars lol. The night was epic. Clear view of the stars and the city and a good amount of shooting stars that left a glowing trail of dust for a few seconds before it disappeared. I didn't manage to capture any pictures of the shooting stars, because taking a picture of a shooting star is like finding a needle in a haystack. They don't fly by in the same location as the last one, and they only come when you least expect it. Oh well. The night wasn't a total loss. I got a few nice pictures of the view of the city.
Saturday November 14, We went to the Stand Up for Kids Charity Event to support Jenny Tran and her group for their marketing project. Anyways, it seemed like a pretty good turn out. I should've bought some raffle tickets to win the better pizes =( thx for the heads up jenny! Oh well. The event was held to inform people that there are starving kids everywhere. Many people were touched by what the kids had to say, and wanted to give back to the community. The event was well organized. Mission Accomplished! Good Job Guys!
